Global Trader Communications, within Scotiabank’s Global Technology Solutions (GTS), Solutions Integration & Delivery (SI&D) organization, focuses on understanding Scotiabank's business lines and technologies. The team collaborates with global CIOs and business lines to deliver high-quality, reliable enterprise solutions in an agile and cost-effective manner, while adhering to the bank’s security standards and policies. This role provides thorough leadership to a regional team of high-performance IT professionals and subject matter experts for all Data and Trader Voice technologies-related activities. The position holds global accountability for voice recording technology within Global Trader Voice and for all business partners, working in collaboration with HR, Compliance, Legal, and other IT Groups. The role reports to the Director, Global Operations, Global Trader Communications, Archive and Surveillance Platform Management • GTS-GBM Voice Services.
