Senior Trader

About The Position

The Senior Trader is a well experienced execution professional, responsible for trading across the full asset class spectrum — exchange-traded securities, OTC instruments, FX, digital assets, and physical commodities. This is a hands-on execution role with a broader mandate: the Senior Trader helps set the standard for how the desk operates, contributes to workflow improvement, and plays an active part in how the trading function evolves as the platform grows. The right candidate is automation-enabled — comfortable using AI tools to sharpen analysis, streamline routine processes, and focus human attention where judgment matters most. This is not a technology build role; it is an execution role for someone who uses modern tools intelligently. For the right person, this role offers a clear path toward taking on broader responsibility across the trading function as the desk and platform continue to scale. The trading desk operates as a single unit. Traders work in close collaboration — covering the full trading mandate together, sharing knowledge, and ensuring seamless continuity across all markets and instruments. While each trader brings distinct expertise to the desk, the expectation is full mutual coverage: there are no hard boundaries in a live market. The Senior Trader contributes to the quality and consistency of execution across the team and helps to develop the collective capability of the trading function over time.
