Provides strategic and operational leadership for physical security programs across the organization, with primary accountability for campus security operations and global systems and processes for security programs. This role establishes operational objectives, develops multi-year security process and systems roadmaps, and leads the execution of security initiatives through internal staff and third-party partners. The role manages the contract for external services for guard services and ad hoc security services. The Senior Manager leads the operational security function and execution of enterprise security programs. Ensures enterprise-wide alignment of security systems, incident management, emergency response, and threat mitigation in partnership with Information Technology, Human Resources, Environmental Health & Safety, and Facilities. This position serves as a key advisor to Facilities leadership and cross-functional partners on physical security risk and plays a key role in protecting employees, assets, operations, and corporate reputation.
