Here, you will make an impact by: Execute the global product strategy for 3M’s pavement marking products. Lead end-to-end lifecycle management, execution, and in-market performance. Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and enterprise supply chain to enable global product growth. Coordinate between global product strategy lead and area product managers to drive execution of critical programs

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
Five (5) years of marketing or product management experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

Master's degree in business from an accredited institution
Experience working with government agencies, specifically Departments/Ministries of Transportation
Skills include project management, P&L management, working with industry and regulatory affairs teams, and standard-setting organizations

Responsibilities

Execute the global product strategy for 3M’s pavement marking products.
