About The Position

Austco Healthcare is seeking its first Global Marketing Manager to lead their worldwide marketing function, with an initial focus on North America. This is a new role offering significant scope for ownership and autonomy, requiring the candidate to handle granular details while building and delivering marketing strategies. The primary goal is to build market presence, create commercial momentum, and strengthen the Austco brand globally, ensuring it matches the strength of their technology. The ideal candidate is a strategic operator who understands brand, demand, data, and commercial outcomes, capable of seeing the big picture while also focusing on details. This role is for someone who enjoys building functions, influencing at an executive level, and creating impactful marketing campaigns. Requirements

  • Experienced marketing leader, preferably in healthcare, technology, SaaS, or another complex B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to build brands that earn trust and generate commercial outcomes.
  • Experience leading marketing functions that delivered real business growth.
  • Ability to balance long-term brand building with short-term commercial performance.
  • Confidence in influencing senior stakeholders and challenging thinking.
  • Understanding of segmentation, automation, digital performance, and customer journey optimization.
  • Ability to translate data into action and action into measurable outcomes.
  • Comfort working across different cultures, regions, and business priorities.
  • Skills in building teams, raising standards, and creating accountability.
  • Clear, credible, and purposeful communication.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead Austco’s global marketing strategy, ensuring brand, messaging, and commercial positioning are innovative.
  • Influence market perception, customer engagement, and positioning for long-term global expansion.
  • Ensure all campaigns, stories, investments, channels, and messages drive commercial outcomes.
  • Build the brand through research, conversations, and involvement.
  • Develop and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with business growth priorities.
  • Build brand awareness and market credibility across multiple international regions.
  • Lead integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, PR, and strategic communication.
  • Identify market opportunities, customer insights, and competitive trends to influence business decisions.
  • Partner with sales, product, and executive leadership to drive pipeline growth and market expansion.
  • Manage budgets with discipline, measure ROI, and invest for maximum impact.
  • Shape Austco’s voice across media, market announcements, customer communications, and industry events.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing function, including agency and vendor partners.
