About The Position

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in leading complex investigations involving fraud, misappropriation, harassment, discrimination, conflicts of interest and major incidents across multiple business segments.
  • Proven ability to develop investigative strategies, gather and analyze evidence, and present findings to business units and legal authorities.
  • Strong skills in managing and mentoring teams, setting performance expectations, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Expertise in identifying risks, vulnerabilities, and recommending process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills to prepare comprehensive investigative documentation and legal presentations.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft suite of products and fundamental use of AI to assist in developing investigative strategies, evidence collection, and reports for business units.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards, compliance, and company policies in all investigative activities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Political Science, or related field and 4 years investigative experience in casework/management, auditing, security, or related field OR 6 years investigative experience in casework/management, auditing, security, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee complex investigations involving fraud, corruption, misappropriation, harassment, discrimination, conflicts of interest and other major incidents across multiple business segments.
  • Utilize AI to assist in developing investigative strategies, gather and analyze evidence, conduct interviews, and prepare comprehensive reports for business units and legal authorities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, legal counsel, and external agencies to support investigative efforts and risk mitigation.
  • Identify vulnerabilities and recommend process improvements to reduce risks and enhance controls.
  • Manage and mentor investigation team members, fostering professional development and performance excellence.
  • Drive execution of global investigation plans, ensuring alignment with business priorities and compliance standards.
