About The Position
The Manager, Investigations (US) leads comprehensive research and analysis to identify risks, threats, and business impacts through data-driven insights. This role oversees evidence collection and investigative reporting, collaborating with internal stakeholders and legal counsel to support decision-making. The manager drives process improvements, supports cross-functional initiatives, and ensures adherence to ethical standards and company policies. By fostering strong partnerships and promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, this position contributes to safeguarding the business while delivering actionable intelligence and strategic recommendations. The Global Investigations team is committed to protecting company assets by identifying risks and conducting thorough investigations into fraud and misconduct. Collaborating closely with business units and law enforcement, the team ensures adherence to ethical standards and compliance. Members utilize investigative techniques, data analysis, and clear communication to deliver actionable insights. The team fosters professional growth through continuous learning, adaptability, and integrity. Strong leadership and communication skills enable effective collaboration and successful resolution of complex investigations, supporting the organization’s risk management and ethical objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in conducting internal and fraud investigations with strong analytical capabilities.
- Expertise in data analysis, interpreting quantitative and qualitative information to assess business risks and impacts.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing investigative teams and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve objectives.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to legal counsel, leadership, and business partners.
- Ability to develop investigative tools, reporting formats, and protocols to support business needs and enhance processes.
- Commitment to integrity, ethical standards, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Microsoft products suite proficiency and fundamental use of AI.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field and 1 year’s experience in research, forensic science, or related area OR 3 years’ experience in research, forensic science, or related area.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough investigations by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources to identify risks and business impacts.
- Assemble comprehensive investigative files and evidential packages for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage intake and communication of potential threats, vulnerabilities, and fraud affecting the business.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support investigative projects and develop innovative tools and reporting formats.
- Provide guidance on investigative processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate findings clearly to leadership and legal counsel to support informed decision-making.
