About The Position
The Senior Manager, Global Investigations, leads complex investigations across multiple business segments, identifying risks and vulnerabilities while developing strategic solutions. This role fosters collaboration with internal and external partners, providing expert consultation and training to support ethical standards and compliance. Responsible for managing investigative teams, the position drives continuous improvement through data analysis, process refinement, and proactive risk mitigation. The role demands strong leadership, adaptability, and a commitment to integrity, ensuring alignment with company policies and contributing to a secure and compliant global business environment. The Health & Wellness Investigations (HWI) team conducts thorough proactive and reactive investigations across Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club pharmacies and Vision Centers, including international locations. The team collaborates with internal and external partners to identify risks and vulnerabilities, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and company policies. Utilizing data analysis and investigative techniques, the team addresses complex issues such as fraud and misconduct. Members are supported through ongoing development and mentoring, fostering a professional environment focused on integrity, adaptability, and continuous improvement to protect the business and uphold Walmart’s commitment to excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Political Science, or related field and 4 years investigative experience in casework/management, auditing, security, or related field OR 6 years investigative experience in casework/management, auditing, security, or related field.
- Extensive experience leading complex internal and security investigations across multiple business segments.
- Proven ability to develop investigative strategies, analyze data trends, and identify risks and vulnerabilities.
- Strong management skills with a track record of mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
- Expertise in collaborating with legal, ethics, and external agencies to ensure compliance and effective outcomes.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to build trusted relationships and influence decision-making.
- Adaptability and problem-solving aptitude to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
