About The Position

PHINIA is seeking an enthusiastic leader to join its growing IT team as a Senior Manager Global ERP Operations. This role is responsible for leading PHINIA’s Azure and RISE hosted SAP ecosystem across global cloud landscapes, ensuring operational excellence, on-going adoption, and IT SOX Audit success in SAP RISE, Azure and hybrid cloud environments. This position will support the sustainment & transformation of the ERP ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity to join the PHINIA IT team and be part of the SAP S/4 transformation program.

Requirements

10+ years’ experience in end-to-end ERP operations management or related experience
University degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
Deep IT technical skills & competencies

Responsibilities

End to end operations management (based on ITIL standard) of ERP Ecosystem Operations (including SAP platforms in PHINIA Azure and SAP RISE covering S/4, ECC Suite on HANA, GRC, Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP BTP, IBM Integration platform and multiple supporting systems for warehouse management.
Oversee SAP Security aspects including IT SOX Internal and External Audit collaboration and oversight for ERP ecosystem
Ensure operational excellence for high availability, disaster recovery, and performance optimization for SAP Ecosystem
Lead and manage SAP and Enterprise Application-Level Integration solutions strategies & operations
Strong SAP Solutions and Services Delivery management of outsourced managed service providers within ERP space.
Establish processes and monitor SAP KPIs for system performance, incident resolution, and change management processes
Collaborate with SAP Functional & Infrastructure teams on design and implementation of scalable, secure, and cost-efficient solutions
Develop strategies, solutions, cost estimates for next generation of ERP based on SAP S/4, Business Technology Platform (BTP) & related components.
Continuous cost management & optimization of ERP platform
Undertake and oversee any other ad-hoc projects in an already operational SAP space for PHINIA as assigned.
Ensure operational integrity during project execution phases.
Serve as the escalation point for critical incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and transparent communication with executive stakeholders.
