About The Position

Ookla is at a pivotal growth milestone, and we are looking for a visionary Senior Manager, Global Channel Marketing to serve as the primary architect and "hub" of our newly refined global partner program. This is a high-impact leadership role designed for a strategic marketer who can bridge the gap between high-level corporate strategy and localized execution. You will lead the marketing workstream to restructure our global partner ecosystem, ensuring our "one-company" brand framework is consistently applied while empowering regional teams to scale. While you will serve as the global lead and oversight for the entire program—incorporating feedback from EMEA and APAC leads—you will also take a hands-on approach by directly managing marketing engagements with our top-tier partners in the AMER region. If you are a proactive leader who thrives on building scalable infrastructure and driving high-quality pipeline through indirect channels, this is your opportunity to shape the future of Ookla’s global reach.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Channel Marketing, Partner Marketing, or Field Marketing, with a proven track record of managing global programs in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a partner program and managing a team.
  • Significant experience managing partner relationships within the AMER market, with an understanding of global cultural nuances in marketing execution.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce and Pardot (or similar MAP/CRM integrations); experience with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms is a plus.
  • Strong experience managing MDF budgets and a disciplined approach to measuring ROI and marketing attribution.
  • A proactive self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and possesses the "builder" mindset required to refine a global function.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build consensus among cross-functional stakeholders and act as a mentor/lead for regional marketing team members.

  • Create and launch scalable "campaigns-in-a-box" and co-marketing plays that regional teams and partners can execute to drive high-quality pipeline.
  • Direct the Global Market Development Fund (MDF) program, establishing ROI benchmarks, proof-of-performance standards, and streamlined approval workflows.
  • Act as the "Voice of the Partner" internally, collaborating with regional leads to ensure global strategies are localized effectively and that regional feedback informs the global roadmap.
  • Act as the primary marketing lead for our most strategic channel partners in the AMER region, designing and executing joint marketing plans (JMPs) that drive revenue.
  • Provide foundational marketing support and enablement tools to the full partner ecosystem within the AMER theater, ensuring alignment with regional sales quotas.
  • In partnership with Sales Ops, refine the end-to-end partner journey within Salesforce and Pardot, optimizing lead routing, deal registration, and partner portal engagement.
