Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma.
  • Eight or more years of automotive retail and/or OEM experience.
  • At least five years of automotive field or market experience highly desired.
  • Understanding of automotive industry (OEM & Retail) processes; specifically in the areas of distribution, CRM, digital retailing, vehicle delivery and sales KPI’s.
  • Experience developing, implementing and communicating business strategies and plans.
  • Experience establishing Key Performance Indicators.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to make decisions and act with an entrepreneurial mindset, while working collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Skilled in managing a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects, and coordinating with agency personnel.
  • Proficient in creating and delivering executive -level presentations and related materials.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong Project Management Skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Market Master Online, Experian Velocity, SAP, Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Master’s degree a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead GMA’s national field initiatives and communications, including Field Priorities, field assignment tracking and completion, initiative rollouts, and monthly field calls.
  • Lead & develop a team of Market Managers.
  • Support regional strategy initiatives in collaboration with Regional and Strategy teams through region reviews, IMS (Individual Market Strategy) meetings, and regional roundtables.
  • Coordinate with HQ departments for field notices, announcements, and postings.
  • Serve as lead for managing and coordinating retailer and field training initiatives across departments.
  • Manage organizational distribution lists.
  • Develop strategy, operational management, and oversight of the Genesis VIP/Concierge Program.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for all aspects of VIP/Concierge.
  • Support VIP, Genesis House, and Studio Programs.
  • Provide support for new vehicle launches and programs.
  • Manage the Genesis Circle Program in collaboration with GMA Incentives and HMNA Finance, including Circle Cash development and pricing implementation.
  • Coordinate strategy alignment across GMA.
  • Manage the regional goodwill budget and identify trends in goodwill spend.
  • Hire, train, motivate, develop, and retain staff while effectively managing time, materials, and budget.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership to support future success.
  • Support special projects as needed.
  • Review concierge-related vendor proposals and make recommendations to GMA leadership.
  • Manage direct reports, conduct performance evaluations, and develop annual business focus plans.
