Position Summary The Senior Manager, Front Store Pricing is responsible for leading pricing strategy and execution across front store categories to drive profitable growth, price competitiveness, and customer value. This role partners closely with Merchandising, Promotions, Marketing, Store Operations, and Finance to ensure pricing decisions are analytically driven, strategically aligned, and operationally executable. The Senior Pricing Manager serves as a key pricing thought leader, influencing high‑impact decisions in a fast‑paced retail environment. This role can be done remotely anywhere in the US with preference on comfortability working EST hours.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in pricing, retail merchandising, revenue management, or financial analytics
  • Strong understanding of retail pricing dynamics, promotions, and front store category management
  • Proven ability to balance margin performance, competitive pricing, and customer value
  • Advanced analytical skills; strong proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to influence cross‑functional partners and communicate effectively at all levels, including senior leadership
  • Prior people management or informal team‑lead experience

Nice To Haves

  • SQL and BI tools
  • Experience in drugstore, mass retail, grocery, or convenience retail environments
  • Knowledge of price elasticity modeling and optimization
