Why This Role Rocks The Senior Manager of Financial Analysis – FP&A plays a critical role in shaping the financial story of the business. This leader owns key forecasting and planning processes, brings clarity to performance trends, and partners closely with senior leadership to translate complex financial data into clear, executive‑level insights. You’ll influence strategic decisions, support investor communications, and help guide the financial narrative of a growing, multi‑unit organization—all while leading and developing a high‑performing analytics team. This is an on-site position at the Texas Roadhouse Support Center located in Louisville, Kentucky

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA strongly preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investor relations, including 3+ years leading teams
  • Experience in multi‑unit retail, restaurant, or hospitality environments
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills; strong Excel and FP&A system proficiency
  • Proven ability to communicate complex financial information to executive audiences
  • Experience supporting public company reporting, earnings processes, and investor communications
  • Strong business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to influence across teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead companywide forecasts, long‑range plans, rolling forecasts, and scenario modeling
  • Own monthly and quarterly performance reporting, including variance and trend analysis
  • Analyze key business drivers across revenue, labor, and cost structures
  • Deliver financial insights to support pricing, unit economics, and capital decisions
  • Prepare financial updates and insights for QBRs, executive reviews, and Board presentations
  • Partner with Investor Relations on earnings materials, scripts, and analyst presentations
  • Monitor market trends, peer performance, and analyst models to inform external messaging
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools for leadership visibility
  • Lead, coach, and develop analysts while partnering cross‑functionally on strategic initiatives
