About The Position

The Senior Manager, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis, is responsible for providing advanced analytical support on key strategic projects for the Executive Director of Corporate FP&A. This role requires a deep understanding of business operations to effectively leverage a broad array of financial and operational data to generate actionable insights and inform high-level decision-making. The Senior Manager will also be tasked with integrating macroeconomic trends into financial forecasts and business analysis, bridging the gap between high-level strategy and detailed operational data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
  • 2+ Years of prior relevant experience in FP&A related role(s)

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in Analytics
  • Experience with Oracle EPM (SmartView)
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry
  • Familiarity with macroeconomic KPIs, trends, and data
  • Displays a deep sense of curiosity for all aspects of the business

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive financial scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making, long-term planning, and business scaling initiatives
  • Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights and compelling narratives that inform strategic and tactical decision-making for senior leadership
  • Utilize and enhance financial KPIs and performance metrics to drive business insights and track progress against goals
  • Partner with the Executive Director and other senior leaders on ad-hoc strategic projects, providing robust analytical frameworks and sophisticated financial modeling
  • Support various business leaders with ad hoc operational and strategic analyses and projects
  • Analyze and integrate macroeconomic trends and external market data into financial models to provide a comprehensive view of business performance and outlook
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise presentations and reports for executive leadership that summarize key findings, underlying assumptions, and strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate with various business units to foster a deep understanding of their operational drivers and financial performance, ensuring alignment between corporate-level forecasts and departmental realities
