This role sits at the intersection of finance, sales, customer success, strategy, and operations. This role partners with finance and revenue operations to drive the company's FP&A and biz-ops function: building and maintaining forecasting models, designing commission and incentive plans, surfacing insights through KPI reporting and variance analysis, and translating financial data into decisions across GTM, product, and operations. The role will also help drive FP&A initiatives, evaluate how the business is expected to evolve over the coming quarters, and support key strategic decision-making. In addition, this role will play a critical part in post-sales operations, managing processes that span from invoicing through cash collection. Responsibilities will also include inventory management, vendor coordination, and operational planning. Because Coram is a physical AI hardware and software company, the role will involve close collaboration with hardware vendors and supply chain partners. This includes forecasting hardware inventory, managing GPU utilisation, and understanding how infrastructure decisions impact the company’s cash flow, margins, and overall inventory profile.
