The Senior Manager, Operations Finance provides portfolio-wide financial leadership, planning, analysis, and decision support for the Facilities Operations organization. The role serves as a finance business partner to Facilities Operations leadership for forecasting, budgeting, monthly reporting, performance analysis, and long-range planning across the QTS operating portfolio. It focuses on enterprise and portfolio-level operating performance rather than ownership of individual assets, connecting operational activity, staffing, maintenance, utilities, vendor programs, and other cost drivers to financial outcomes. The role improves forecast accuracy and transparency and provides recommendations to support operating and investment decisions. The position prepares and improves financial reporting and performance analysis; develops portfolio-level dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs; and assesses operating cost trends. It builds business cases, scenario analyses, and sensitivity models for portfolio initiatives, vendor programs, organizational investments, and efficiency opportunities, evaluating returns, impacts, risks, and benefits. It also supports contract and sourcing decisions and provides insights for operating-model, resource-prioritization, and portfolio-growth decisions. The Senior Manager standardizes budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance-analysis processes; partners with Accounting to align management reporting with recorded results and resolve data and accounting issues; establishes governance and documentation standards; and identifies automation opportunities. The role leads cross-functional work through influence, builds relationships across a distributed portfolio, develops scalable processes, and may coach analysts or other team members supporting Operations Finance initiatives.
