About The Position

We are looking for a passionate, strategic, and hands-on leader to join Everpure as a Senior Manager, Field Solutions Architects. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team of technical specialists who partner closely with Sales, Systems Engineering, Product, and customers to drive business impact, elevate technical strategy, and accelerate growth. This leader will be responsible for building and developing a strong team culture centered on coaching, collaboration, operational excellence, and customer-first execution. You will help your team translate complex customer challenges into innovative solutions, strengthen field enablement, and bring clarity and leadership to high-value technical opportunities across the business. Requirements

8+ years of Management experience leading high performing Specialists or Sales Engineers selling in Enterprise Accounts
10+ years experience supporting the sales of storage, networking or systems solutions to a combination of large accounts and data centers
Deep understanding of the architecture, design and implementation of multi-tiered client/server and web-based computing solutions
Prior experience in setting team strategy to acquire new prospects and converting them into clients
Knowledge of business impact of current and emerging storage architectures
Strong knowledge of digital transformation to a Cloud Native architecture, On-Prem, Public Cloud, Provisioning Automation, and Containers
Knowledge of Virtualization Platforms, Databases, Local Area Networking, Ethernet, TCP/IP and general networking
Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills
BS in CS, EE or other technical degree and/or equivalent experience
