About The Position

The Field Operations organization is at the heart of relationships we build with clients and the delivery of our holistic modern wealth management value proposition. Our focus is to enable all client-facing teams to build trusted relationships with clients and their families in order to help them achieve their financial goals and leave a legacy. The Field Operations team is responsible for designing and implementing programs to deepen client relationships at scale across Retail sales channels. This role will serve as the program manager for the development and implementation of our Retail distribution and Trader CE partnership strategy designed to grow and enhance relationships and effectiveness. Additionally, they will support all relationship models, and referral-based sales channels. The Senior Manager, Field Operations reports to the Director, Field Operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years relevant experience
  • Financial Services industry experience is required.
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment.
  • Outstanding "soft" skills - including ability to work well with a diverse range of partners and proactive attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years in program or product management, strategy, Field Operations, communications or client experience type roles preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and evolution of sales channel relationship models focused on the relationship and investment needs of workplace investors, including opportunities to partner with the Trader CE organization to strengthen connectivity across client-facing channels.
  • Support the maturation of our Trader relationship model and referral-based sales teams by building strong working relationships with Trader leadership, senior leaders, and cross-functional partners.
  • Provide program leadership and channel support across retail initiatives, including day-to-day management, project plans, meeting planning, executive updates, stakeholder feedback, performance measurement, and coordination with Trader CE partners.
  • Liaise with partners firm-wide to represent business needs, gather perspective and consultation from subject matter experts, and connect dots across retail distribution to inform the development and seamless execution of solutions across the sales channel.
  • Serve as a change agent and manage the implementation of strategic programs across field audiences, ensuring alignment between Trader CE, and broader Retail distribution priorities.
