The Senior Manager, Executive Compensation & Equity Administration is responsible for the analysis and administration of executive compensation programs, including base salary structures, short-term incentives (STI), long-term incentives (LTI), and equity grants. This role also administers the company’s stock plans, ensuring compliance with SEC regulations, proxy disclosures, and alignment with shareholder interests. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in equity compensation structures, compliance, and stakeholder management while supporting corporate goals and governance policies.
