The Equity Administration Manager is responsible for the end-to-end facilitation of company-wide equity programs and delivers personalized support to executives and employees on their awards, ownership requirements, and reporting responsibilities. This position will stand up, lead, and scale the administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of SOLV Energy’s equity compensation programs. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of equity awards while partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, HR, and external vendors to, among other things, ensure accurate tax withholding, accounting treatment, and financial reporting and disclosure relative to equity awards. This role can be fully remote or hybrid with regular in office presence in San Diego, CA. Specific location details and expectations will be discussed during the interview process.
