The Senior Manager leads and orchestrates Marriott Development’s presence at conferences, tradeshows, and signature events that strengthen relationships and advance the development strategy. This role designs and delivers high-impact experiences—both virtual and in person—including leadership forums, team meetings, client and owner events, and charitable initiatives. Serving as the central project manager for all internal and external events, the Senior Manager ensures flawless execution from concept to completion, with clear communication, disciplined timelines, and seamless coordination across stakeholders. As the primary liaison to owners and franchisees, the role champions an exceptional partner experience—anticipating needs and delivering thoughtful, high-touch support before, during, and after each event. The Senior Manager also supports sales training logistics, manages event-related budgets, and collaborates with international teams to share best practices and elevate event execution across global markets.
