About The Position

The Senior Manager, ERP Systems serves as the business owner and technical leader of the Company's NetSuite ERP environment, ensuring the platform effectively supports operational excellence, financial integrity, supply chain execution, and continued business growth. This role partners closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, FSQA, and Information Technology to optimize business processes, drive system enhancements, manage ERP integrations, and deliver scalable technology solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making across the organization. The Senior Manager, ERP Systems is responsible for maintaining the integrity, performance, and continuous improvement of the Company's ERP ecosystem while reinforcing Mama's commitment to innovation, collaboration, operational excellence, and Grandma Quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible ERP administration and business systems experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise administering NetSuite ERP in a manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environment.
  • Experience managing EDI integrations and electronic trading partner relationships.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing, inventory management, procurement, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Experience configuring NetSuite workflows, saved searches, dashboards, custom fields, reports, and automation.
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting critical business operations.

Nice To Haves

  • NetSuite Certified Administrator and/or SuiteFoundation certification.
  • Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and NetSuite development tools.
  • Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Experience with TrueCommerce, SPS Commerce, Boomi, Rithum/CommerceHub, or similar EDI platforms.
  • Experience with Power BI and business intelligence reporting.
  • Experience supporting WMS, Manufacturing Mobile, production scheduling, or warehouse management systems.
  • Food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary owner and administrator of the Company's NetSuite ERP environment, ensuring system stability, reliability, security, and performance.
  • Configure, maintain, and continuously improve NetSuite modules supporting inventory, procurement, manufacturing, planning, warehousing, order fulfillment, shipping, and finance.
  • Design, configure, and maintain workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reports, custom fields, scripts, and automation that improve business efficiency and user experience.
  • Lead ERP implementations, upgrades, module deployments, testing, and system enhancements from design through production deployment.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand operational challenges and translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Information Technology and business stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring technology supports operational objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end EDI integrations with customers, suppliers, retailers, and third-party partners, ensuring reliable electronic data exchange and timely issue resolution.
  • Develop, maintain, and support API integrations between NetSuite and external platforms including WMS, transportation, eCommerce, planning, and marketplace systems.
  • Perform root cause analysis on ERP and integration issues, implementing sustainable corrective actions that improve system reliability and operational performance.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and business intelligence tools that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision making.
  • Support demand planning, inventory optimization, purchasing, production scheduling, and supply chain reporting through NetSuite and Power BI.
  • Lead system testing, user acceptance testing, documentation, and change management activities for ERP enhancements and new functionality.
  • Develop and maintain ERP governance, documentation, standard operating procedures, and system configuration standards.
  • Train and support end users, promoting system adoption, process consistency, and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Manage vendor relationships for ERP applications, integration platforms, EDI providers, and related business systems.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, automate manual activities, improve data integrity, and enhance operational efficiency.
