LA28 is the independent, non-profit, privately funded organizing committee for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The Logistics department is responsible for effectively and efficiently providing materials management and logistics support to all LA28 functions. The Sr. Manager, Equine Services will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of all equine logistics operations for the LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games. These responsibilities include providing oversight of the international and domestic transport of horses, feed, equipment, veterinary supplies, and related materials. Reporting to the Head of Special Projects, the Sr. Manager, Equine Services will oversee all aspects of horse movement and welfare logistics, including coordination with LAX on airside operations, venue teams, transportation providers, quarantine facilities, and external government agencies such as USDA, CBP, TSA, and Immigration. This position will play a critical role in identifying and addressing operational gaps, ensuring continuity and support across functional areas and external partners, and delivering safe, efficient, and welfare-focused equine transport solutions throughout Games-time operations.
