Senior Manager Engineering
About The Position
Texas Mutual is hiring a Senior Manager Engineering. The role requires substantial experience in software engineering, systems engineering, architecture, or technology leadership, including management experience. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or computer information systems is required, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. The position follows Texas Mutual’s flex-hybrid work model, combining remote work with office collaboration based on business needs. Employees must reside in Texas and travel to their designated office as needed. The stated base pay range is $165,053.85–$203,890.05 per year. Individual compensation depends on factors including experience, performance, education, and demonstrated skills and competencies.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, architecture, or technology leadership, with at least 2 years of management experience; an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may also qualify.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or computer information systems; an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may also qualify.
- Texas residency and ability to travel to the designated office as needed.
