Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience blending Employer Brand, Recruitment Marketing, and Brand Experience.
  • Proven ability to translate business goals into human-centric stories and navigate complex, fast-moving environments.
  • Experience using metrics (sentiment, engagement, conversion) to guide strategy and demonstrate business impact.
  • Strong track record of partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders, including HR leadership and business executives.
  • Experiencing using AI to optimize work - content and/or operational

Responsibilities

  • Reassess and rebuild the underlying Employee Value Proposition (EVP) strategy to ensure it differentiates Palo Alto Networks in a highly competitive industry
  • Design a unified content strategy that connects our external Employer Brand with our internal Employee Experience, ensuring a seamless consistency between what we tell the market and what employees experience.
  • Lead the editorial direction for external positioning of enterprise-wide campaigns (e.g., AI adoption, Cyber EVP, Women’s Month), ensuring a consistent narrative across all regions and platforms.
  • Provide strategic action plans in collaboration with regional leads to ensure outcomes are aligned, there is space for localization, and guardrails to allow for autonomy and scalability of local execution.
  • Cultivate authentic employee stories (e.g., diverse engineering profiles, Cyber EVP stories) that serve as 'proof points' of our culture.
  • Drive high-impact content projects, some driven by you, some through 3rd party content opportunities (The Muse, In Her Sight).
  • Be the producer for HQ, and provide best practice for global partners.
  • Evaluate and manage content creation vendors and agencies to scale production capabilities.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics that matter to show the employer brand influence on hiring outcomes. This should include social impressions, career site metrics, sentiment across multiple data sets, engagement, and conversation rates.
  • Own the strategy for external reputation channels (Glassdoor, LinkedIn), ensuring we are positioned to win top talent in a competitive market.
  • Partner with Global Talent Acquisition Leaders to ensure our narrative directly supports hiring goals.
  • Act as a responsive, collaborative partner to business units, ensuring deadlines are met and requests are handled with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Cultivate warm talent communities and how we might engage with them, ensuring the TA team is focused on the moments that matter in between, and our content serves to extend their relationship building reach.
