The Senior Environmental, Health, Safety & Security Manager leads occupational safety, health, security, emergency preparedness, and loss-prevention programs to protect employees, contractors, visitors, company assets, and business continuity. This role develops and continuously improves safety management systems, injury-prevention programs, regulatory compliance initiatives, emergency preparedness plans, fire and life safety programs, contractor safety programs, and employee safety training. The position partners with Operations, Maintenance, Logistics, Facilities, Human Resources, Quality, and site leadership to reduce workplace risk, strengthen compliance, and support a proactive safety culture. The Senior EHS&S Manager serves as the primary leader for occupational safety and people-risk management. Environmental permits, wastewater, stormwater, air compliance, waste management, environmental reporting, sanitation, and pest-control programs are owned by the Environmental & Sanitation Manager, with this role providing support when employee safety, emergency response, security, or business-continuity considerations apply.
