About The Position

The Senior Manager, Ecommerce leads SET Active's ecommerce strategy and digital growth, driving revenue, conversion, traffic, and customer experience. This role owns site merchandising, optimization, website operations, and performance analytics while partnering cross-functionally to execute launches, campaigns, and initiatives that support business goals. The Senior Manager, Ecommerce will leverage data, customer insights, and industry trends to continuously improve the digital experience and drive online growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or online retail, preferably within fashion, apparel, beauty, or lifestyle
  • Proven experience managing and growing a DTC ecommerce business and driving online revenue
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce merchandising, site optimization, conversion, and customer journey
  • Experience managing ecommerce platforms such as Shopify Plus or similar
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and ecommerce reporting tools
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, and other KPIs to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Product, Buying/Merchandising, Planning, Operations, and Customer Experience teams
  • Ability to manage product launches, site updates, promotions, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives with accuracy and timeliness
  • Strong understanding of fashion ecommerce trends, digital customer behavior, and brand storytelling
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly around product information, pricing, inventory, promotions, and site accuracy
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable presenting performance insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Highly collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Own ecommerce revenue, conversion, AOV, and traffic KPIs
  • Develop an ecommerce and merchandising strategy based on brand priorities, user behaviors, and sales trends to drive CVR, UPT, and AOV while maintaining brand image and company goals
  • Develop and implement A/B testing plans as needed to identify which design and content changes will drive the highest engagement and conversions
  • Create, manage, and consistently evolve an ecommerce roadmap to implement new ideas, changes, and improvements
  • Test and optimize the site for all devices and user types
  • Incorporate SEO strategies and execute SEO best practices across site
  • Implement quarterly CRO sweeps
  • Partner closely with all teams (marketing, PD, planning) to ensure timeliness and accuracy of launches, promos and site updates
  • Identify growth opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
  • Stay abreast of competitive landscape and Shopify development to make improvements and further support the company and brand objectives
  • Manage, guide and lead E-Commerce Coordinator
  • Lead day-to-day operations of website, including managing products on the back end of the site, merchandising, uploading imagery, homepage content changeouts, and performing website audits
  • Manage and execute the launch of new drops, initiatives, landing pages, campaigns, markdowns and promotions
  • Launch products on the website, and work with Operations team to manage inventory, pricing, and product listings
  • Work cross-functionally with teams to ensure the website will have compelling content, product descriptions, copy, and visuals for timely launches
  • Work with developers and 3rd party vendors to manage and oversee e-comm roadmap and deliverables
  • Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve any usability/technical issues or errors
  • Oversee website, navigation, and functionality for an engaging user experience
  • Ensure accurate and consistent language and branding across site
  • Identify, track, and resolve technical issues within our platform as well as propose and thoroughly test new functionality
  • Partner with CX and community teams to align with customer feedback and return reports to ensure the website messaging lends to decreased returns
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPls) to assess e-commerce performance and initiatives, and lead on improvements to them
  • Report on and analyze day-to-day, WoW, MoM, and YoY performance metrics to oversee the growth and determine the ecommerce roadmap
  • Conduct weekly and monthly reporting to be shared with the greater team
