Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management.
  • 8+ years of experience in leading and supporting end-to-end manufacturing processes and solutions in ETO and CTO environments
  • Experience working with Siemens Teamcenter, OpsCenter, SAP ECC & S4 solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with an intrinsic drive to resolve complex issues
  • Excellent communication skills, proven ability to collaborate and influence across all organizational levels. A strategic thinker, self-starter with strong ownership and accountability with ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Experience in high-tech manufacturing or engineering-driven environments
  • Prior consulting experience in large-scale Siemens & SAP implementations or transformations

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in industrial/manufacturing engineering or business management
  • Wafer Fabrication Equipment or Semiconductor industry experience

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and optimize end-to-end manufacturing processes in ETO and CTO environments across Siemens Teamcenter, Siemens OpCenter, SAP ECC & S4, and downstream processes.
  • Lead the implementation of manufacturing solution with complex Variant Configuration (VC) models, Super BOMs, Super Routings, Bill of Process & Equipment, Electronic Work Instructions integrating with CAD, Order BOMs, Non-Standard Requests, Non-Standard Options, Master Production Schedule Management
  • Seamlessly integrate manufacturing process & solution with various workstreams such as PLM, order management, logistics, production planning etc., to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to influence decision-making at all levels of the organization, providing clarity on best practices and system capabilities.
  • Work closely with engineering, order management, and manufacturing teams including business stakeholders, IT, and third-party vendors to translate intricate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
  • Support system integration, testing, and deployment activities
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous optimization
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and deliver innovative solutions
