Senior Manager, Demand Generation & Marketing Operations

FlexeSeattle, WA
$117,500 - $165,000Hybrid

About The Position

Flexe is seeking a versatile, hands-on growth marketer to run its demand engine and fill its pipeline. This role involves owning digital marketing, paid media, integrated campaigns, marketing operations, attribution, events, and the sales handoff. The ideal candidate will set strategy, build campaigns, utilize AI to enhance impact, and have significant ownership over budget, channels, and performance metrics. Experience in B2B technology or logistics is a plus. This position reports to the VP of Marketing & RevOps and will collaborate closely with teammates responsible for organic programs and content, as well as direct outside partners like a paid media agency and PR firm. The core mandate is to own the demand engine, its budget, and its resulting pipeline.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience spanning demand generation and marketing operations, in-house or agency side.
  • Hands-on paid media experience across LinkedIn and Google Ads, plus ABM and intent platforms such as 6sense, covering budget management, audience strategy, and conversion tracking.
  • Comfortable in the platforms yourself, not only reviewing an agency's dashboard.
  • Working fluency in marketing automation and CRM, with the operational discipline to keep campaign attribution and reporting trustworthy.
  • A track record of owning integrated campaigns end-to-end and reporting their impact on pipeline.
  • Experience rebuilding part of your own workflow around AI and can walk us through what changed as a result.
  • Experience directing external agencies and managing vendor budgets and renewals.

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, B2B technology, or another complex considered purchase.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and AI-search visibility, and how paid, earned, and organic compound one another.
  • Experience owning trade show or event execution.
  • Hands-on experience with sales intelligence, enrichment, and outbound sequencing tools such as ZoomInfo, Clay, or Outreach.
  • Experience with Pardot / Salesforce Account Engagement and Salesforce campaign management.
  • Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and BI tools such as Looker.
  • Experience partnering with an outside PR or communications agency.
  • A background in field marketing or revenue operations moving toward demand generation.
  • Sales enablement experience supporting an outbound sales motion.
  • B.A. degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own our paid media program end to end, from budget and channel mix through audiences and creative, with a focus on high-intent demand.
  • Direct our paid media agency's day-to-day work and serve as the single accountable owner for what it produces.
  • Make paid and organic work as one system rather than two: coordinate with the teammate who owns SEO and AI-search so that campaigns, landing pages, and press reinforce our visibility instead of competing with it.
  • Own conversion tracking and campaign attribution across paid, organic, and outbound, so that every dollar and every program ties credibly back to pipeline.
  • Partner with RevOps to run marketing's operational backbone: marketing automation, campaign data in Salesforce you can actually report from, lead capture and routing, and funnel reporting.
  • Own the martech stack and the budget behind it. You decide what earns renewal and what gets cut.
  • Publish the marketing scorecard and report program performance to the wider business.
  • Plan, build, launch, and report on integrated campaigns that pull together paid, outbound, email, web, social, organic, and earned media.
  • Own the campaign calendar and the seasonal and thematic programs on it, working with our content, web, and PR counterparts to assemble each one.
  • Build AI-assisted outbound plays that turn buying signals and intent data into booked meetings for Business Development.
  • Hold every program to a pipeline number. Kill what does not work, double down on what does, and carry the lessons into the next campaign.
  • Share ownership of our trade show presence with the team, splitting sponsorships, booth and vendor logistics, staffing, and on-site activations.
  • Run pre-show and post-show outreach so that booth conversations turn into meetings.
  • Recommend which shows earn our money each year, manage the events budget, and report what each one returned.
  • Maintain the campaign playbooks and talk tracks that let Business Development act quickly on marketing-generated demand.
  • Own the handoff to sales, including target account lists, routing expectations, and feedback loops on lead quality.
  • Support enablement moments tied to campaign launches, competitive updates, and event preparation.

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401k with employer match
  • Flexible Time Off Policy, with 10 company paid holidays
  • 2 days of volunteer time off
  • 12–15 weeks of paid parental leave, with eligibility based on tenure and in alignment with FMLA guidelines
  • Fully remote, in-office, or hybrid work environment
  • Monthly home internet stipend
  • Employee support groups, social groups, and mentorship program
  • Employee-driven programs for volunteering
