About The Position

HubSync is seeking an independent, AI-native Senior Manager of Demand Generation & ABM to build and own the company's pipeline engine from end-to-end. This role involves building account lists, designing multi-channel ABM programs, running campaigns, and directly impacting pipeline generation. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, this is a ground-floor opportunity to lead the demand generation function with autonomy and accountability for measurable revenue. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to build a Go-To-Market engine for a market with many point solutions.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in demand generation or ABM at a B2B SaaS company, ideally in an enterprise motion with long sales cycles and high ACV.
  • Proven track record of building and running named account programs from scratch, with a deep understanding of account-based versus lead-based motions.
  • AI-native operator who uses tools like Clay, Apollo, or similar enrichment platforms daily to build lists, personalize outreach, and accelerate research at scale.
  • Strong MAP proficiency (HubSpot preferred) with the ability to independently build workflows, segments, campaign tracking, and pipeline attribution reports.
  • End-to-end webinar execution experience, treating them as pipeline-generating plays rather than just content events.
  • Data-driven, builder mentality with the ability to think in pipeline metrics, build funnel models, and navigate ambiguity without daily direction.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to produce compelling, concise copy for emails, ads, and landing pages independently.
  • A proactive, ego-free operator who takes ownership of execution and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves in a fast-moving, small-team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns (email, landing pages, webinars, LinkedIn, events, outbound) and own ABM programs for target account tiers from brief to launch.
  • Execute high-priority sales-aligned programs, including trade show follow-up, M&A plays, job-changer outreach, customer expansion, and partner co-marketing programs.
  • Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, lists, forms, routing logic, and campaign setups, ensuring clean execution against lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and reporting.
  • Draft, manage, and coordinate campaign assets (emails, landing pages, nurture sequences, webinars, social copy) aligned with messaging frameworks and ICPs.
  • Partner closely with Sales to translate campaigns into field-ready materials (talk tracks, templates, scripts) and use feedback to improve execution.
  • Track program performance, summarize actionable results, and recommend tactical improvements based on pipeline metrics.
  • Use AI tools and LLMs proactively to research accounts, enrich data, surface intent signals, monitor trigger events, scale programs, and accelerate daily workflows.
  • Own day-to-day website updates to maintain current messaging and support active campaigns.
