About The Position

The Senior Manager, Data Architecture & Solutions owns the data and solution architecture of btOS, Baker Tilly’s operating system for Products & Platforms Managed Services. Reporting directly to the Principal, Products & Platforms, this senior individual contributor directs engineers, contractors, and partner resources on initiatives without necessarily having direct line authority. The Senior Manager translates business-line and client needs into reference architectures, data models, integration patterns, and working solutions. The role carries initiatives through sourcing decisions, enterprise intake, pilots, production, adoption, and value measurement, and contributes to client pursuits where data, automation, and AI support the Managed Services value proposition. Success calls for hands-on architecture expertise, business acumen, and the ability to move multiple initiatives forward in a fast-paced consulting environment with incomplete information.
