About The Position
The Senior Manager, Data Analytics, leads the development and execution of data strategies to support business objectives through advanced analytics and data-driven insights. The team supports Walmart Real Estate by enabling timely, data-driven decisions through advanced analytics and comprehensive data strategies. Specialists in data quality, visualization, and business intelligence collaborate across departments to identify key data sources, maintain data integrity, and convert business needs into actionable insights. Utilizing statistical analysis and big data techniques, they address complex challenges with innovative tools and methods. Requirements
- Extensive experience in data analytics, including big data analytics and statistical techniques.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Python libraries.
- Strong knowledge of data quality management, data profiling, cleansing, and governance standards.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
- Expertise in data architecture, data strategy, and business intelligence tools to support decision-making.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams and driving process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills to present insights and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field and 4 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
- 6 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
- 1 year's supervisory experience.
