About The Position
The Manager, Data Analytics leads the development and implementation of compliance reporting strategies, delivering customized business intelligence solutions that support operational and customer needs. The Data Analytics team leads the development and delivery of advanced reporting and analytical solutions that support business goals and compliance. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, the team aligns analytics strategies with operational objectives to drive informed decision-making. Emphasizing the responsible adoption of modern AI tools, the team enhances efficiency and accelerates analytics tasks. Members are supported through mentorship and best practices, working together to manage complex projects and continuously improve data-driven business performance in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading data analytics projects with strong technical and strategic oversight.
- Expertise in developing and implementing compliance reporting strategies aligned with business needs.
- Advanced skills in data analysis, statistical modeling, and business intelligence solutions.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in utilizing reporting tools to deliver accurate, actionable insights.
- Strong capability in interpreting complex data and communicating findings to influence business decisions.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and adoption of innovative analytics methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience conducting mathematical or statistical research, analysis and modeling intelligence, corporate security, or related area OR 4 years’ experience conducting mathematical or statistical research, analysis and modeling intelligence, corporate security, or related area.
