We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and execution-oriented Senior Manager of Customer Marketing to lead one of our most important demand generation and client engagement channels. This role is responsible for overseeing our webinar and CLE program end-to-end — from topic ideation and speaker coordination through event execution, post-event marketing, and performance reporting — while also supporting broader customer marketing initiatives, including serving as the marketing liaison for our Client Advisory Board. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Programs, this individual will play a critical role in driving marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), strengthening client relationships, elevating thought leadership, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across digital programs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; is exceptionally detail-oriented; and brings both strategic thinking and operational excellence to complex marketing initiatives.
