As Allego's Senior Manager, Customer Education & Enablement, you will build and scale the programs, systems, resources, and learning experiences that help customers realize more value from Allego, become more self-sufficient, and confidently expand their use of the platform. This is a highly visible, hands-on builder role where you'll create customer education from the ground up by developing content, launching scalable learning programs, facilitating customer experiences, and evolving our self-service ecosystem. Working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Enablement, you'll define how customers learn, adopt, and realize value from Allego. You'll have the unique opportunity to shape the customer education experience for a company whose product is enablement itself. Success in this role means customers are more educated, engaged, and successful with Allego. They can find answers faster, discover more ways to use the platform, and realize greater value from their investment.
