About The Position

The Senior Manager, Creative Services leads a multidisciplinary creative team spanning design, video, and multimedia production while remaining actively engaged in concept development, creative direction, and execution. This role partners closely with Brand Strategy, Marketing, Events, Content, and Communications to bring narratives to life through visually compelling, story-driven creative. Operating as both a people leader and senior individual contributor, this role sets creative standards, shapes experiences across touchpoints, and ensures creative output supports brand integrity, audience engagement, and business outcomes. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in creative services, multimedia design, or content production
  • Demonstrated success leading creative teams while also serving as a hands-on contributor
  • Strong technical and creative proficiency across design systems, video, motion, presentations, and event visuals
  • Ability to balance creative vision with operational execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong creative judgment, storytelling instincts, and attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary creative team across design, video, and production.
  • Set creative vision, standards, and expectations while fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide hands-on coaching, feedback, and creative guidance to elevate craft, storytelling, and consistency across the team.
  • Serve as a senior creative contributor, personally engaging in concepting, art direction, design refinement, video review, and final deliverable shaping as needed.
  • Apply deep expertise in multimedia storytelling, including digital design, motion graphics, video production, and presentation design.
  • Ensure creative concepts translate effectively across formats such as web, social, email, presentations, stage visuals, and video content.
  • Lead and actively shape creative assets for digital channels (web, social, email, campaigns) and live events (stage design, show flow visuals, motion graphics, video).
  • Partner closely with Events and Marketing teams to deliver immersive, cohesive visual experiences that reinforce narrative, brand, and audience engagement.
  • Manage creative intake, prioritization, workflows, and resourcing to balance speed, quality, and capacity.
  • Step in as an executor during high-volume or high-visibility periods to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Partner with external agencies and freelancers as needed, providing clear creative direction, quality oversight, and brand alignment.
