About The Position

The Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy is a critical member of Freshworks' global strategy team, supporting high-priority initiatives that shape the company's direction. The role partners closely with Strategy leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations. This is a consulting-style environment within a fast-moving SaaS company, blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll develop business cases, conduct market and competitive analysis, and support the execution of strategic programs that matter.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in management consulting (MBB or equivalent strongly preferred), corporate strategy, or business operations
  • MBA preferred; we welcome both post-MBA and strong undergraduate consulting track records
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, develop insights, and influence decisions
  • Financial modeling and business case development capabilities
  • Experience working in or supporting SaaS technology businesses preferred
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, slide-building, and stakeholder management skills
  • Collaborative across teams and geographies; this role does not have direct people management responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Support strategic projects that address key company priorities, providing analysis, insights, and clear recommendations.
  • Work closely with Strategy leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to frame problems, gather data, and develop fact-based solutions.
  • Conduct market, competitive, and financial analysis, including building business cases, scenario models, and investment evaluations.
  • Assist in the creation of board-level, investor-facing, and internal strategy materials that communicate Freshworks' narrative and priorities.
  • Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable plans, ensuring workstreams are scoped, milestones defined, and progress tracked.
  • Collaborate with partners across geographies and functions to ensure alignment, clarity, and project momentum.
  • Contribute to operational deep-dives, opportunity sizing, and strategic planning cycles.
  • Bring structure, analytical rigor, and strong communication to complex business problems.
