About The Position

Reporting to the Director, SBS and Commercial Products, the Senior Manager, Corporate Solutions will lead the strategy, performance, and evolution of a portfolio of B2B Corporate Solutions, including card and non-card payment products. This role is responsible for driving profitable growth through product strategy, value proposition enhancements, portfolio optimization, and successful commercialization. The successful candidate will combine strong product management, analytical, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across Sales, Account Development, Operations, Risk, and other key stakeholders. As a highly visible leader, this individual will partner with commercial teams to support client opportunities, enable frontline colleagues through product communications and training, and lead the successful rollout of strategic initiatives across the organization. Success requires the ability to influence without direct authority, navigate complexity, and drive adoption of change across multiple stakeholder groups. The role also includes people leadership responsibilities, fostering an inclusive, high-performing team environment focused on growth, accountability, and innovation.
