About the position
At Freenome, we are seeking a Senior Manager of Corporate Marketing to develop and execute an integrated corporate marketing strategy. This role will focus on driving corporate brand awareness through brand management, digital marketing, events, and content development. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building brands and will play a significant role in raising our profile to enable accessibility and quality patient care in the field of cancer. This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing and Commercial Strategy.
Responsibilities
- Create strategic and tactical corporate brand plans and execute them to achieve branding and marketing goals
- Develop positioning, messaging, guidelines, and collateral to generate corporate brand engagement
- Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and touchpoints
- Develop and implement an annual strategic communications calendar for coordinated campaigns and optimized events
- Produce events with a focus on customer experience and brand promotion
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to execute strong and targeted product launches and campaigns
- Deploy brand narrative into employment brand to drive recruitment and employee engagement and retention
- Work closely with sales to develop campaigns and collateral to support sales efforts
- Manage relationships with marketing vendors and evaluate their performance
- Develop and update compelling collateral aligned with brand guidelines and messaging
- Monitor, analyze, and measure the effectiveness of brand marketing initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
- Monitor the competitive landscape and provide insights and recommendations for better positioning and identifying new product opportunities
- Develop and execute digital marketing and social media strategies to increase brand visibility, website traffic, and lead generation
- Optimize website content and structure for search engine optimization (SEO)
- Utilize data analytics to evaluate performance and inform market strategies
- Lead corporate and product marketing operations activities and support commercial communication activities
- Provide thought partnership to the Commercial and Enterprise Leadership teams
- Ensure all strategies, plans, and tactics are aligned with legal and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree
- +7 years of progressive marketing experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Diagnostics
- Prior oncology, primary care, and consumer experience
- Experience developing and implementing brand strategies to enhance brand impact while ensuring consistency
- Experience leading the GTM process driving successful marketing campaigns leveraging all marketing communication channels including events (physical and virtual), digital (including social, web, paid advertising, emails, and CRM), sales enablement, and working on PR programs
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics
Benefits
- Base salary range of $153,000 - $235,000
