Foodsmart
$120,000 - $140,000Remote

About The Position

Foodsmart is seeking a Senior Manager, Content & Events Marketing to build and scale two critical growth engines for their B2B business: content and sales enablement, and field marketing programs. This is an individual contributor role on a small, high-impact team where the successful candidate will shape the go-to-market strategy by developing content, sales enablement, and field marketing programs from the ground up. Working closely with the Director of Communications & B2B Marketing and the Sales team, this role offers autonomy to execute ideas, create programs that foster customer relationships, and directly impact pipeline and growth. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly without sacrificing quality, and enjoys owning work end-to-end.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in B2B marketing with depth in content/enablement and events/field marketing.
  • Proven track record of owning programs end-to-end.
  • Experience as a true partner to sales teams, focusing on accounts, buyers, and opportunity advancement.
  • Experience marketing into healthcare, payers, or other complex, enterprise, long sales-cycle industries.
  • Understanding of how to earn a first meeting with a senior buyer.
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to translate clinical evidence, customer outcomes, and business strategy into polished content quickly and accurately.
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM (Salesforce), a marketing automation platform (HubSpot or similar), and LinkedIn.
  • Strong writing and program management skills, capable of managing event logistics and content deadlines concurrently.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in food-as-medicine, value-based care, or Medicaid/Medicare managed care.
  • Experience working in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • History of building an events engine or field marketing program from scratch.
  • Comfort setting up light marketing operations: tracking, campaign hygiene, and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain core messaging, thought leadership, and sales enablement assets to position Foodsmart as a leader in foodcare.
  • Create materials for the sales team, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, competitive positioning, and account-specific support.
  • Translate clinical evidence and customer outcomes into clear, compelling messaging for health plan decision-makers.
  • Grow and maintain a library of high-value content such as benchmark reports, case studies, and the Clinical Intelligence Series.
  • Continuously identify and test new methods to improve storytelling, demand generation, and sales enablement.
  • Own the company's strategic events program, including the annual events calendar, trade shows, customer events, and sponsorships.
  • Partner with Sales to develop integrated account-based marketing campaigns using content, events, digital channels, and executive engagement.
  • Lead cross-functional event planning and execution, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Executive stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute integrated event marketing and sales enablement plans, including promotional campaigns, collateral, account targeting, meeting support, social media, and on-site brand experience.
  • Measure and optimize event performance, focusing on operational efficiency, attendee experience, and ROI.
  • Own Foodsmart's B2B LinkedIn strategy for the company and executive team, using thought leadership to build credibility and support pipeline generation.
  • Support the sales team's social selling efforts.
  • Set up account-focused paid campaigns as the program grows.
