Within this team, the Consumer Insights function plays a critical role in shaping strategy by translating complex customer data into meaningful, actionable insights that drive growth, strengthen brand performance, and enhance customer engagement. We work together across Marketing, Product, Merchandising, and Analytics to ensure the voice of the customer is embedded in every decision.
