•$108,000 - $130,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Avalere Health is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Client Partnerships sales function within its Advisory capability. The Advisory team works at the intersection of business strategy, public policy, and patient access, serving clients across pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, health plans, government, providers, advocacy and patient groups, and other organizations seeking to improve healthcare. The role focuses on established Core accounts and is based in Washington, DC, with flexible working arrangements available according to team and client needs. The Senior Manager is the primary commercial contact for an assigned portfolio of Core accounts and is responsible for growing repeat business, expanding relationships into new buying centers, introducing clients to additional practices, and closing larger engagements. Working alongside subject matter experts in Policy, Evidence & Strategy, and Market Access, the role leads the commercial aspects of client interactions: representing Avalere's services, identifying and translating client needs, developing compelling proposals, and navigating procurement through to sale. The Senior Manager independently manages client relationships and develops trusted-advisor status through successful delivery and strategic insight.
