About The Position

The Senior Manager, Change Management & Organizational Readiness plays a critical role in advancing RMCC's transformation strategy by preparing leaders, teams, and the organization to adopt new ways of working. Reporting to the Director of Planning & Business Operations, you will lead RMCC change programs, strengthen organizational capabilities, and implement business transformation in a way that drives sustainable adoption and long-term success.

Requirements

Seven (7) years in Change Management, Organizational Development, Organizational Effectiveness, HR Consulting, Strategy, or Transformation
Five (5) years of experience leading enterprise-wide change initiatives, including technology implementation
Experience working across organizational boundaries, collaborating with both internal teams and external partners
Successful relationship management
Hospitality/shared services, revenue management, and commercial strategy experience
Experience in learning & development strategy
Experience developing and delivering presentations to diverse audiences

Assess organizational readiness and develop adoption strategies
Design and lead functional change management programs from planning through sustainment
Coach leaders and strengthen leadership capability during change
Monitor adoption, organizational health, and continuous improvement opportunities
Establish a scalable readiness framework
Improve adoption of strategic plans
Enhance capability of the RMCC Teams to transform function evolution
Increase leadership confidence and capabilities through continuous improvement and strengthened culture
Develop communication and partner engagement strategies
Partner with Learning & Enablement to build organizational capability
