About The Position

Sirius XM Radio LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Campaign Operations to collaborate with project managers and project sponsors to determine project scope and vision. This role involves identifying project stakeholders, establishing user classes and characteristics, and conducting iterative requirements sessions to define functional system requirements. The Senior Manager will translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements, develop prototypes, and analyze requirements for completeness and consistency. This position will also create process models, manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, enforce change request procedures for scope control, and conduct campaign analysis in a SQL environment.

Requirements

  • Writing complex SQL statements to analyze, develop, and reverse-engineer others’ work.
  • Analyzing, eliciting, modeling, verifying, and developing methodology for business and technical requirements.
  • Overseeing design, development, and implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Creating systematic and consistent requirements specifications in both technical and user-friendly language.
  • Applying statistical and other research methods into systems issues and products.
  • Conducting project management, including providing oversight and guidance through all phases of project lifecycle.
  • Using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access), SQL Query, and Salesforce (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project managers and project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
  • Identify project stakeholders and establish user classes and characteristics.
  • Conduct iterative requirements sessions with project team to define functional system requirements via workshops, use cases, scenarios and other methods.
  • Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements.
  • Develop prototypes of interfaces and attributes based on findings.
  • Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
  • Create process models, specifications, use-cases, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
  • Manage and track the status of requirements throughout project lifecycle.
  • Establish and enforce proper change request management procedures to ensure proper scope control.
  • Conduct campaign analysis in SQL environment.
