About The Position

Walmart+ provides an essential membership to Walmart customers, with benefits including freedelivery, gas savings, streaming content, early access to promotions and exclusive offers, mobilescan and go, and more.The Walmart+ Benefits Excellence team serves as a voice of the member across Walmart+benefit experiences. We identify the experience pain points that most impact members,understand why the experience is falling short, and influence cross-functional operating teams toimprove how members experience their benefits. Our work brings together member feedback,operational performance, and behavioral data to develop clear recommendations that improvemember trust, engagement, and loyalty.We are hiring a Senior Manager to help shape the future of Walmart+ benefit experiences. Thisrole is ideal for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous customer problems, developing aninformed point of view, and influencing teams across a large and matrixed organization to act.

Requirements

  • You are deeply customer- and member-oriented, with a strong instinct to understand notonly what went wrong, but why it matters to the person experiencing it.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 4 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area.

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, product management, customerexperience, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience using quantitative and qualitative insights to diagnose complexcustomer or operational problems and develop recommendations.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Experience partnering with analytics, data science, product, and/or operations teams.
  • Strong executive communication skills, including written narratives, presentations, anddata-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize meaningful member experience opportunities by combiningmember feedback, behavioral and operational data, business priorities, and knowledge ofhow Walmart+ benefits operate.
  • Translate insights into clear recommendations, including the member problem, size of theopportunity, root causes, potential solutions, tradeoffs, and expected impact.
  • Deeply diagnose member problems and their root causes by understanding the end-to-endcustomer experience including the supporting systems and capabilities to determine theproblem root causes across UX and process design, product, or operations.
  • Develop hypotheses backed by data evidence to determine why member needs are notbeing met and where changes could create the greatest member and business impact.
  • Build data-driven business cases that help cross-functional partners and leaders makeinformed decisions about priorities, solutions, and investment.
  • Influence product, operations, business, analytics, and other partner teams to improvemember experiences, often without direct ownership of their roadmaps or resources.
  • Partner with teams through solution development and implementation, ensuring theoriginal member problem remains central, and that proposed changes meaningfullyaddress the underlying need.
  • Define how success should be measured, connecting operational improvements tochanges in member experience, behavior, engagement, and loyalty.
  • Synthesize complex information for senior leaders, communicating the most importantinsights, decisions, risks, and recommendations clearly and succinctly.
