The Senior Manager, Business Development reports to the VP Business Development and has the primary task of supporting the team to identify, assess and execute business development opportunities to support achievement of the business strategies through execution of strategic partnerships, investments, licensing, merger or acquisition by Olympus. The Senior Manager, Business Development will support other business development team members to develop business cases, financial models, perform market research, and help manage cross-functional teams in support of the diligence/investigation of prospective opportunities. The chosen individual must have a strong understanding of fundamental business functions and be able to demonstrate credible and strong organizational, modeling, analytic and conceptual skills in support of assigned projects. This individual will be expected to develop and maintain an understanding of current market trends and propose strategic frameworks to achieve business goals.
