Business Development sits at the intersection of merchandising and digital transformation, helping shape strategies and initiatives that drive growth across Baby, Consumables and U.S. merchandising. You’ll partner cross‑functionally to accelerate digital capabilities, unlock new opportunities, and solve complex problems. This is a high‑impact role for someone curious, adaptable, and eager to solve customer problems. The Consumables Business Development team works across Merchandising to identify, build, and scale initiatives that strengthen business performance and accelerate digital growth. Operating in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment, the team partners closely with merchandising, eCommerce, Growth teams, and strategic suppliers to influence strategy and execution.
