Grow TherapyNew York, NY
$205,000 - $250,000Hybrid

About The Position

Grow Therapy is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Analytics to lead a team responsible for driving data-driven decision-making across the company. This role involves managing a team of 5+ analysts who partner with leaders in various departments, including Customer Operations, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Credentialing, Clinical, Strategic Partnerships, Provider Experience, and Finance. The primary goal is to provide these functions with the necessary insights, reporting infrastructure, and recommendations for effective operation. The Senior Manager will define the Business Analytics strategy, build scalable infrastructure, and lead the team to ensure leaders have the tools and insights they need.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a quantitative role within fast-paced technology environments.
  • Experience leading data analytics teams that support multiple departments across a company.
  • Managed a team of 5+ analysts and have experience scaling a team's size and its bar for output at the same time.
  • Comfortable holding many stakeholders and domains at once rather than specializing in one.
  • Track record of coaching analysts from 'technically correct' to 'here's what this means and what we should do'.
  • Outcomes-obsessed, and can point to specific business changes your team drove, not just the projects it shipped.
  • Genuine, hands-on fluency with AI tools, with a real example of turning AI-driven work into a measurable change in team output.
  • Operated in a growth-stage environment, and are comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities rather than running a narrow function inside a large, stable org.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and are comfortable partnering with and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Fluent in SQL with the ability to both set technical direction and roll up your sleeves on complex analyses or modeling work.
  • Proven track record of partnering with Operations, Finance, and GTM teams to influence strategy, execution, and tradeoffs through data and clear communication.
  • Motivated by improving access to mental health care and energized by owning ambiguous, high impact problems.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the Business Analytics strategy for every operational function at Grow, managing a pod-based team that supports Grow horizontally across multiple departments.
  • Partner directly with department leaders to turn ambiguous business questions into clear analysis, and clear analysis into decisions.
  • Own the development of dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPIs that give departments what they need to operate and make decisions.
  • Lead, coach, and scale a team of analysts, moving them from executing requests to owning the recommendations that drive business impact.
  • Build an AI-native analytics team by staying constantly current on new AI tools and capabilities for data and applying them to make your team more effective and efficient.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders, partnering with leaders to influence strategy, execution, and tradeoffs through data.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage.
  • No cost access to therapy through the Grow platform (available to US employees).
  • Retirement savings programs and equity opportunities.
  • Flexible time off, company paid holidays, and a full company wide Winter Break.
  • Up to 18 weeks of paid parental leave and a new child stipend.
  • Dedicated weekly flexible time for self care (Mental Health Mornings/Afternoons).
  • Annual stipend to support personal wellbeing and professional growth (Wellness & Development Stipend).
  • Pre tax commuter benefits.
  • Support for home workspace plus meal benefits.
  • Wellness memberships, virtual care, pet insurance discounts (where available), and global travel assistance.
