Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably Accounting or Finance
  • 4-6 years related work experience; marketing/advertising industry experience a plus
  • Prior client management experience required
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast paced, client service environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines for multiple stakeholders
  • Intellectual curiosity and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and detail oriented
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Ability to quickly learn multiple software applications
  • The ideal candidate will possess client management experience, strong interpersonal skills, and strong technical skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage client finance efforts for multiple clients, working internally across business units and externally with clients
  • Take ownership of the client finance workflow, including budget management, billing, reporting, and accounts receivable management
  • Plan and coordinate client finance deliverables across business units to ensure timeliness and quality
  • Function as the primary liaison between the agency Budget Management Group, agency business units, and clients for all client finance matters
  • Communicate effectively and responsibly within agency network and externally to clients - Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and agency business units alike
  • Attend periodic client and departmental meetings as needed
