The World of Warcraft team is questing for a best-in-class, creatively minded Senior Manager, Brand Marketing to join our guild! We’re looking for a strategic marketing leader who can balance long-term franchise planning with flawless campaign execution while helping define the brand and creative strategy across the Warcraft franchise. In this role, you will shape integrated global marketing strategies across major content releases, live-service moments, and franchise tentpole campaigns, driving player engagement, audience growth, and long-term franchise success. Working closely with development, creative, community, communications, regional Marketing, and external partners, you will champion creative excellence, align stakeholders around a shared vision, and bring impactful player experiences to life around the world. By leveraging audience insights, market intelligence, and performance analytics, you will identify opportunities for growth, influence franchise priorities, and help shape the future of Warcraft marketing. This role requires a marketing leader who can navigate complexity, establish alignment across diverse stakeholder groups, and raise the bar for creative and strategic excellence across the Warcraft franchise. You will provide expert guidance on high-impact marketing initiatives, translating business and player needs into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. Success in this role requires strong judgment, operational rigor, and the ability to influence decisions and drive results across global cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate combines creative vision, analytical rigor, and deep consumer marketing expertise to improve marketing effectiveness, champion innovation, and elevate the quality of execution across the broader organization. This role offers a hybrid work week, with a mix of work-from-home and onsite days, based out of our Irvine, CA studio.
